I think it’s great! You need imput, and we need a planning agency that overlooks and governs people concerns and ideas to industry developers. To see ideas put into action.
A lot of developers/builders have not listened to community imput and ideas, one of the main reasons 3M was successful was listening to ideas from it’s employees.
I am very excited to see this group taking shape. I think it is very important to have groups like this so Kenton County can focus on how we are going to maintain a leadership role in the Commonwealth for many years to come. I like the concept of bring are county together through move liveable communities with more public transportation, parks,retail and business, and entertainment. I would like to see Northern Ky spearheading development to make this one of the places in the country you would want to live.
